Is there really a difference between drinking plenty of water and hydration?

Absolutely! We can be drinking a gallon of water a day and still be lacking in adequate levels of hydration for our body’s. It all has to do with the quality of water that that our cells recognize and accept.

With more of the population taking notice of the importance of drinking plenty of water, there now comes the need of satisfying the growing interest of water quality.

Quality Water… What’s the difference?

It is valuable to understand the difference because it is the quality that determines if you are actually getting hydrated. What determines the quality? Basically, if it is structured (with minute minerals) or unstructured water… if it’s cellular structure is hexagonal or pentagonal in shape. Our cells are hexagonal in shape so that is what they recognize and accept. Without this structure and minerals it is pentagonal in shape and considered “Dead Water”.

So, while there is a need of removing harmful elements there is also the need to restore the structure and minerals that have been lost. From what we have found there are a number of ways to restructure our water sources to “Live Water”.

Through our experiences and associations we are able to provide you with tips, insights and solutions to help accommodate many needs in this area.

Water filtration systems are great mechanical means to help remove harmful elements. Listed below are a few items we use from a source we have had the pleasure of working with directly and learned for ourselves the level of quality for what their product line is intended to provide.

On-The-Go Water Filtration Systems

The benefits are:

Removes 99.99% of Contaminants

The new line of portable water filtration bottles feature its unique Ionic Adsorption Micron Filter Technology that removes up to 99.99% of the contaminants and pollutants that can be found in drinking water. But while they take the bad stuff out – they leave in the beneficial trace minerals such as calcium, magnesium and Potassium. The filtering technology beats competing products in percentage of contaminants removed.

An Alternative to Bottled Water

In recent years bottled water has come under increased scrutiny because of plastic bottle leaching, and bottled water’s high cost per gallon. Millions of barrels of oil used each year to produce and transport bottled water. Billions of empty bottles end up in landfills each year where they may last for 1,000 years. And, the quality of bottled water is not always assured!

These portable water filtration products help the environment and are a better alternative to bottled water. They are specifically designed to assure that the water you drink is great-tasting, fresh and clean regardless of the source – straight from the tap, or from rivers, lakes, streams, creeks or ponds. They are ideal for everyday use: camping, hiking, biking, backpacking, at school, the office and especially for emergency preparedness.

How to Restructure Your Water?

Below we have listed a few suggestions all of which we have experienced. We recommend you go with what ever seems to feel best to you.

How do you feel about the idea of adding “Thank You Water”, from a pre-historic glacial underground aquifer?

After filtering your water you might consider adding 1 tsp of Thank You Water. It is pre-historic glacial water from an underground aquifer, located in southern California. It’s inspection has been under the authority of known geologist Bruce Purcel.

When you can find glacial water of this type, it is “Live Water” structured with minute minerals, and hexagonal in shape. Because glacial water has memory adding it to de-mineralized water and shaking a bit it will energize and restructure it as it takes on the memory of the “Live Water”. By shaking it a bit creates the similarity as when the water originally ran through streams and rivers over rocks and such picking up minerals.

Glacial water may be a little hard to come by and until I learned about I often used Essential Oil of Lemon, which is more readily available.

This helps bring structure back. Make sure it is a therapeutic grade. The source we like to use for essential oils is Young Living:

www.YoungLiving.com/267530

Tip: Sipping water or any liquid through a straw is highly beneficial. This helps start the digestive process… as it is widely known among experts that the digestive process begins in the mouth.
